The Oldschool Stag & Horsehide Scagel Style Hunter is a handcrafted hunting and outdoor knife by Behring Made. Its traditional design draws inspiration from the classic knives of William Scagel, combining a substantial Hunter blade with an intricately constructed handle made from natural materials.
The robust 80CrV2 carbon steel blade features Behring Made’s characteristic hammermark finish. Its pronounced belly provides excellent cutting performance, while the strong point supports a wide range of tasks in the field and outdoors.
The handle combines stacked horsehide with a richly textured Sambar stag butt. A brass guard and carefully arranged brass and dark-red fiber spacers emphasize the classic Scagel style. The contrasting materials provide comfortable ergonomics and make each knife a distinctive one-of-a-kind piece.
The knife comes with a brown leather sheath featuring a belt loop and brass rivets.
